The Mobile Nursing Service is delivered by our Registered Nurse.  

She works with the individual to identify and address issues that affect their ability to manage their personal health needs.  The nurse will work alongside other service providers and health professionals to ensure that the individuals in the community are receiving appropriate care in a timely manner.

Services provided include cervical smears, basic health checks such as blood pressure, diabetes checks, vaccinations and immunisations, and general medical services. The nurse works alongside the client's GP or medical centre.
